Fresh Magnets is a small family business. I'm Jurgita, I run it day to day, my husband looks after the technical side, and my daughter helps along the way. We care about two things above all: making products we are proud of, and looking after the people who order them.
Years of doing this, the right way
Hi, I'm Jurgita. I'm not new to this. I have spent years building and running online businesses, and I learned early what makes a shop worth coming back to. It always came down to the same things: real quality, honest communication, and customer service that treats you like a person, not an order number.
A pause, and a return
Life has its seasons, and for a while I stepped away. But I kept coming back to what I love most, looking after customers, solving little problems with a smile, and sending out work I would be proud to receive myself. So I decided to begin again with Fresh Magnets, and do what I do best. My husband handles the technical side of the business, my daughter helps along the way, and together we keep it a true family effort.
