Shipping policy

Production time

Every order is printed to order in the USA. We make your magnets within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your photos. During the holidays and other busy seasons, such as the run-up to Christmas, production can take a little longer, usually up to about 5 business days. If your order needs extra time, we will let you know.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Counting the time it takes us to make your magnets, most orders arrive one to two weeks after you order. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship across the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery speed you choose. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived in the expected window, email us at hello@freshmagnets.com or contact us through our contact page, and we will track it down with the carrier.
