Personalized items are final sale

Because every photo magnet is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. All personalized items, including custom fridge magnets, are final sale.

Our happiness guarantee

We still stand behind every order. If yours arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our end, we will reprint it free or issue a refund. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix a photo or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your magnets go into production, but once printing has started we are not able to change or cancel an order.
